RESOLUTION NO. 2025-172
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL
AGREEMENT NO. 2 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES,
INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$49,200.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE TITUS LIFT
STATION AND FORCE MAIN PROJECT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo is currently engaged in the Titus Lift Station and Force
Main Project to enhance local infrastructure and sewage management capabilities; and
WHEREAS, AECOM Technical Services, Inc. has been providing engineering and
consultancy services throughout the project, needing additional support as defined in
Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to address emerging project needs; and
WHEREAS, the proposed Supplemental Agreement No. 2 involves a fee of $49,200.00,
ensuring that AECOM Technical Services, Inc. can deliver the necessary expanded scope of
services effectively;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo as
follows:
1. Supplemental Agreement No. 2 with AECOM Technical Services, Inc., in the amount
of $49,200.00, is hereby approved to provide additional consultancy services essential for the
successful continuation and completion of the Titus Lift Station and Force Main Project.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its approval and adoption by
the City Council.
