RESOLUTION NO. 2011-372
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
CURRENT MODEL YEAR TRAILER MOUNTED CRACK -
SEALER UNIT WITH HEATED WAND.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2011-371, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
purchase of One (1) 2011 Current Model Year Trailer Mounted
Crack -Sealer Unit with Heated Wand, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the
public hearing on May 9, 2011 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase
proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 2011.
