RESOLUTION NO. 2011-377
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION TO
PIGGYBACK FROM THE CURRENT OPEN BID FROM
HARRISON TRUCK CENTER OF ELK RUN HEIGHTS,
IOWA, TO PURCHASE ONE (1) 2012 TANDEM AXEL
DUMP TRUCK WITH SNOW PLOW AND BRINE TANK, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $131,884.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the request to piggyback from the current open bid from
Harrison Truck Center of Elk Run Heights, Iowa, to purchase One
(1) 2012 Tandem Axel Dump Truck with Snow Plow and Brine Tank, in
the amount of $131,884.00, described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said purchase, be and is
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 2011.
