RESOLUTION NO. 2011-379
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY WBC MECHANICAL SERVICES OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
FOR THE LIBRARY BOILER REPLACEMENT PROJECT,
ACCEPTING THE WORK, AND RELEASING THE
$9,375.35 RETAINAGE.
WHEREAS, WBC Mechanical Services of Waterloo, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor at a total cost of $116,466.00 for
the Library Boiler Replacement Project, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the retainage of $9,375.35 for the project
be hereby released.
