RESOLUTION NO. 2011-383
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
WILLARD FROST AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated May 9, 2011, at a cost of $92.00
per acre for a total of $4,167.60 per year, to farm approximately
45.3 acres of city -owned land generally located adjacent to
Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and Bishop Avenue in the Northeast
Industrial Park, by and between Willard Frost of Waterloo, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 2011.
