To the City of Waterloo and Waterloo Regional Airport,
Avflight is excited to be included in the RFP process for Janitorial Services at Waterloo
Regional Airport. We have had a presence at the airport providing Ground Handling
Services to American Airlines since 2015. This contract would only help our partnership
with the airport and provide some efficiencies since our staff is familiar.
We have read the RFP and decided to provide options to the city and the airport. These
options are based off labor and a cost plus method.
- Option 1: $7,000 a month + cost of consumables + 15%
This option would cover one person to be solely dedicated to the janitorial services
for the eight hours a day it would be needed.
- Option 2: $13,000 a month + cost of consumables + 15%
This option would cover two people to be solely dedicated to the janitorial services
for the eight hours a day it would be needed.
In addition to the monthly we would like to propose a start-up fee of $2,000 for equipment.
