RESOLUTION NO. 2011-384
RESOLUTION APPROVING AUTOMOBILE LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH C & S CAR COMPANY HYUNDAI
MAZDA SUBARU AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Automobile Lease Agreement dated May 9, 2011, to provide
a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS van to be used by the Waterloo Police
Department School Resource Officer Program, by and between C & S
Car Company Hyundai Mazda Subaru of Waterloo, Iowa and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 2011.
