RESOLUTION NO. 2011-386
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE OF BID AND AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
CRESCENT ELECTRIC OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $25,458.96, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF TRAFFIC MAST ARM POLES, WILLISTON
AT BALTIMORE AND WILLISTON AT WEST 9TH
STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Crescent Electric of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $25,458.96, in conjunction with the Purchase of Traffic
Mast Arm Poles, Williston at Baltimore and Williston at West Stn
Street, described in the specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council for said project in Resolution No. 2011-298, after
public hearing on April 18, 2011 on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the apparent
lowest bid for said project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 2011.
