RESOLUTION NO. 2016-411
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE REQUEST TO FULFILL NETWORK SERVERS,
STORAGE ACCESS NETWORK EQUIPMENT, AND INSTALLATION
NEEDS.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2016-410, bid documents, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Request to fulfill network servers, storage
access network equipment, and installation needs, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after the public hearing on June 6, 2016 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said purchase proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 2016.
