RESOLUTION NO. 2016-419
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT AND
RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK PERFORMED
BY KWS, INC., OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF
$100,139.90 IN CONJUNCTION WITH F.Y. 2011 DOWNTOWN
WAYFINDING SIGNAGE PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 783.
WHEREAS, KWS Inc., of Cedar Falls, Iowa, performed work on the F.Y. 2011
Downtown Wayfinding Signage Project, Contract No. 783, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, KWS, Inc. has completed the aforementioned project in accordance with the
project plans and specifications.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and recommendation of acceptance of work performed are
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 2016.
