RESOLUTION NO. 2011-416
RESOLUTION APPROVING GOLF COURSE RENTAL
CONTRACT WITH WATERLOO JAYCEES AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Golf Course Rental Contract dated May 16, 2011, in the
amount of $3,000.00, for use of city golf courses on July 13-17,
2011 in conjunction with the 78th Annual Waterloo Open, by and
between the Waterloo Jaycees and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 2011.
