RESOLUTION NO. 2011-417
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH LUCAS
ASPHALT PAVING FOR SPEED HUMPS FOR TWO LANE
STREETS IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated May 16, 2011, for speed humps for two
lane streets in an amount not to exceed $2,500.00 per location in
the City of Waterloo, for the period May 16, 2011 to May 16,
2012, and the Sign and Traffic Department staff authorized to
install said speed humps, by and between Lucas Asphalt Paving of
Evansdale, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 2011.
