RESOLUTION NO. 2011-425
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 14 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 14 dated May 16, 2011, at a cost
not to exceed $141,000.00, for the preliminary design, final
design and construction -related services in conjunction with the
F.Y. 2011 River Renaissance Upper Plaza, Contract No. 808, by and
between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 2011.
