RESOLUTION NO. 2011-426
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH IOWA INTERNET CRIMES
AGAINST CHILDREN TASK FORCE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated May 16, 2011, to
deter, prevent, investigate and prosecute predators who seek to
exploit or engage minors in sexual activity through the use of
computers and the internet, by and between the Iowa Internet
Crimes Against Children Task Force and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of May, 2011.
