RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF ASSESSMENT
IN THE AMOUNT OF $85.00 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 2673 CEDAR TERRACE DRIVE IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following assessment be and the same is hereby
abated:
2673 Cedar Terrace Drive (Parcel No. 8813-12-251-009
Unplatted Waterloo West part of Government Lot 3 in
Section 12 Township 88 Range 13 commencing at point of
intersection of the East line of Government Lot 3 and
Northeasterly line of Cedar Terrace Drive, thence
Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line of Cedar
Terrace Drive 120 feet to point of beginning, thence
continuing Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line
of Cedar Terrace Drive 244 feet, thence North 22
Degrees 18 Minutes 30 Seconds East 123.11 feet, thence
South 52 Degrees 54 Minutes 18 Seconds East 218.44
feet, thence South 0 Degrees East 85.73 feet to the
point of beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
Weed Mowing - $85.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment be and the same
hereby cancelled and the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed
to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
