RESOLUTION NO. 2011-448
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION TO REJECT
ALL BIDS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF
ONE (1) MODEL YEAR TRAILER MOUNTED CRACK
SEALER UNIT AND RE -BID THE PURCHASE OF THE
EQUIPMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the recommendation to reject all bids in conjunction
with the Purchase of One (1) Model Year Trailer Mounted Crack
Sealer Unit and re -bid the purchase of the equipment, be and the
same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 2011.
