RESOLUTION NO. 2011-449
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated May 23, 2011, at a
cost of $175,000.00, to assist in preparing plans and
specifications and obtaining the necessary permits from the Iowa
Department of Natural Resources for constructing a new wastewater
treatment facility to be located on the Waterloo Regional Airport
property, by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 2011.
