RESOLUTION NO. 2011-450
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 4 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 4 dated May 23, 2011, at an
additional cost of $65,000.00, for construction -phase services
for the construction of the Pumping Station at the Anaerobic
Lagoon, by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
