RESOLUTION NO. 2011-457
RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO
CONTRACT WITH ARAMARK UNIFORM SERVICES OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID ADDENDUM BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Addendum No. 1 to Contract dated May 23, 2011, to include
Fire Rescue's profile under the City of Waterloo Agreement which
expires on December 17, 2013, by and between Aramark Uniform
Services of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 2011.
