RESOLUTION NO. 2011-458
RESOLUTION APPROVING 5 -YEAR RENEWAL OF LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTHERN
IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID LEASE
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 5 -year renewal of the Lease Agreement dated May 23,
2011, for the use of 800 Sycamore Street for the University of
Northern Iowa Center for Urban Education (UNI -CUE) facility at an
annual lease amount of $72,420.96, for the period August 21, 2011
to August 20, 2016, by and between the University of Northern
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 2011.
