RESOLUTION NO. 2011-461
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Service Agreement dated May 23, 2011, at a
cost not to exceed $49,500.00, for the design of the removal and
replacement of fourteen (14) gate valves and storm sewer manhole
structures which outlet into the Dry Run Creek Storm Sewer in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2012 Dry Run Creek Gatewell
Replacement, Contract No. 814, by and between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 2011.
