RESOLUTION NO. 2011-466
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
NEW VEHICLE MOUNTED PIPELINE VIDEO SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Public Works Director of said City to
prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of One
(1) New Vehicle Mounted Pipeline Video System, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said
specifications, bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost,
etc., in conjunction with the purchase of One (1) New Vehicle
Mounted Pipeline Video System.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
purchase of One (1) New Vehicle Mounted Pipeline Video System, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 2011.
