RESOLUTION NO. 2011-470
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE
OF COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
F.Y. 2011 HIGHWAY 63 SOUTH MANHOLE
REHABILITATION, CONTRACT NO. 809.
WHEREAS, the City
heretofore instructed
Superintendent of sai
specifications, form of
conjunction with the
Rehabilitation, Contract
and
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
the Waste Management Services
d City to prepare proposed plans,
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
F.Y. 2011 Highway 63 South Manhole
No. 809, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
WHEREAS, said Waste Management Services Superintendent did
file said plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc., in conjunction with the F.Y. 2011 Highway 63 South
Manhole Rehabilitation, Contract No. 809.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the F.Y.
2011 Highway 63 South Manhole Rehabilitation, Contract No. 809, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 2011.
