A RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
MAY 5, 2025, TO APPROVE A REZONE REQUEST BY
ALYCIA LUDDEN TO REZONE APPROXIMATELY 7.33
ACRES FROM "A-1" AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO "R-2,R-
P" PLANNED RESIDENCE DISTRICT LOCATED AT 2775
LOGAN AVENUE, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE.
WHEREAS, Alycia Ludden has submitted a rezone request to change the zoning
classification of approximately 7.33 acres from "A-1" Agricultural District to "R-2, R-P"
Planned Residence District; and
WHEREAS, the property in question is located at 2775 Logan Avenue, requiring a formal
public hearing to consider the zoning change proposal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo as
follows:
1. That a public hearing on the rezone request by Alycia Ludden to rezone approximately
7.33 acres from "A-1" Agricultural District to "R-2, R-P" Planned Residence District is hereby
set for May 5, 2025, to be held in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers at 5:30 p.m.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of said public hearing in
accordance with applicable laws and city policies, ensuring adequate notice to the public.
