A RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
MAY 5, 2025, TO APPROVE A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
REQUEST BY FEHR GRAHAM, ON BEHALF OF
NORTHLAND OIL, TO ALLOW FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A
PARKING LOT IN THE "R-2, C-Z" CONDITIONAL ZONING
DISTRICT LOCATED ACROSS FROM 1000 RAINBOW
DRIVE, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE.
WHEREAS, Fehr Graham, representing Northland Oil, has submitted a Site Plan
Amendment request for the construction of a parking lot; and
WHEREAS, the proposed development is located in the "R-2, C-Z" Conditional Zoning
District, across from 1000 Rainbow Drive; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to set the date of a public hearing to consider this site plan
amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo as
follows:
1. That a public hearing on the Site Plan Amendment request by Fehr Graham, on behalf
of Northland Oil, to allow for the construction of a parking lot is hereby set for May 5, 2025, to
be held in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers at 5:30 p.m.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of said public hearing in
accordance with applicable laws and city policies, ensuring adequate notice to the public.
