RESOLUTION NO. 2011-875
RESOLUTION APPROVING MARKETING AND
SPONSORSHIP CONTRACT WITH PANTHER SPORTS
PROPERTIES, L.L.C. OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Marketing and Sponsorship Contract dated September 12,
2011, in the amount of $11,000.00, for marketing and promotion
related to air service at the Waterloo Regional Airport, by and
between Panther Sports Properties, L.L.C. of Cedar Falls, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
