BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4, is hereby further
amended by approving the request submitted by International Paper for a site plan amendment
for property located at 3040 Leversee Road and legally described as follows:
