ORDINANCE NO. 5788
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF WATERLOO
TRAFFIC CODE BY REPEALING AND RESERVING
SECTIONS 311 AND 312, AND REPEALING SECTION 343,
PARKING RATES FOR CASH PATRONS, AND ENACTING
IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION 343, PARKING RATES
FOR CASH PATRONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Sections 311 and 312 are hereby repealed and reserved.
2. That Section 343, Parking Rates for Cash Patrons is hereby repealed and a new Section
343, Parking Rates for Cash Patrons, is enacted in lieu thereof to read as follows:
Section 343. Parking Rates For Cash Patrons
It is hereby established that the fees for patrons for all parking ramps and city owned
parking lots, except parking lots listed in Section 352, shall be set by resolution of the
City Council.
