RESOLUTION NO. 2011-879
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF BLACK HAWK
COUNTY GAMING ASSOCIATION GRANT AGREEMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Grant Agreement dated September 12, 2011, in the amount
of $437,097.00, to be used for funding the Public Market Buildout
to house the RiverLoop Public Market Cooperative, by and between
the Black Hawk County Gaming Association and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of September, 2011.
