RESOLUTION NO. 2011-881
RESOLUTION APPROVING WATERLOO PUBLIC MARKET
LEASE AGREEMENT WITH RIVERLOOP PUBLIC MARKET
COOPERATIVE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Waterloo Public Market Lease Agreement dated September
12, 2011, to open and operate a market at the Public Market
building, for the period September 1, 2011 through August 31,
2016, by and between the RiverLoop Public Market Cooperative of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of September, 2011.
