RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO MURPHY TRACTOR & EQUIPMENT CO. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2012 JOHN DEERE 410J
BACKHOE WITH ATTACHMENTS, INCLUDING TRADE-IN,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $92,900.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Murphy Tractor & Equipment Co. of Waterloo,
Iowa, in the amount of $92,900.00, including trade-in, in
conjunction with the Purchase of One (1) 2012 John Deere 410J
Backhoe with Attachments described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said project with
Resolution No. 2011-842, after public hearing on September 6,
2011 on published notice required by law, be and is hereby
accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of September, 2011.
