RESOLUTION NO. 2011-884
RESOLUTION APPROVING GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE
DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, BUREAU OF JUSTICE
ASSISTANCE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the FY 2011 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant
(JAG) Program Agreement dated September 12, 2011, in the amount
of $104,714.00, with no required city match, to be used for
funding the Tri -County Drug Enforcement Task Force, by and
between the Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of September, 2011.
