QUIT CLAIM DEED
For the consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar and other valuable consideration, City of
Waterloo, Iowa, does hereby Quit Claim to North Crossing, LLC, all its right, title, interest,
estate, claim and demand in the following described real estate in Black Hawk, Iowa:
Lots 1, and 6-14, inclusive,North Crossing Fourth Addition, City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
This deed is given pursuant to the Owner's Statement and Deed of Dedication for North
Crossing Fourth Addition, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa filed 4/17/24 as File
2024-00012798, and First Amendment thereto filed February 13, 2025, as File No. 2025-02083,
in fulfillment of Sections II(1) and Section III(M)(2)therein.
This deed is excepted from filing a declaration of value and groundwater hazard
statement pursuant to Iowa Code §428A.2(21).
The undersigned hereby relinquishes all rights of dower, homestead and distributive share
in and to the real estate.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the
singular or plural number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
