RESOLUTION NO. 2011-886
RESOLUTION APPROVING RAIL SPUR AGREEMENT WITH
SECOR INVESTMENTS, L.L.C. OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Rail Spur Agreement dated September 12, 2011, for the
construction cooperation, ownership and maintenance of the rail
spur to be constructed on Secor Investments, L.L.C.'s property in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2012 SECOR Railroad Spur, Contract No.
794, by and between Secor Investments, L.L.C. of Waterloo, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of September, 2011.
