RESOLUTION NO. 2011-887
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 2 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 2 dated September 12, 2011, at a
cost not to exceed $10,000.00, for additional design and
construction -related services for the Cedar River Water Trail -
Portages at Park Avenue, Paramount Park and 6th Street Dam,
Contract No. 734, by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc.
of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of September, 2011.
