RESOLUTION NO. 2011-888
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH JDE ENGINEERING, PLC OF
LAPORTE CITY, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 12,
2011, in an amount not to exceed $158,500.00, for professional
engineering services in conjunction with the Delane Avenue
Watershed Storm Water Detention Area Development, by and between
JDE Engineering, PLC of LaPorte City, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of September, 2011.
