RESOLUTION NO. 2025-202
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE WATERLOO HOUSING
AUTHORITY 5-YEAR ANNUAL PLAN, THE 2025
ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN, AND THE 2025-2029 ACOOP
PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Waterloo Housing Authority has developed its 5-Year Annual Plan to
address housing needs and objectives from 2025 through 2029; and
WHEREAS, the 2025 Administrative Plan reflects the operational guidelines and policies
necessary to implement the objectives and goals outlined in the Annual Plan; and
WHEREAS, the 2025-2029 Agency Coordinated Operational Objectives Plan (ACOOP)
outlines the collaborative efforts and strategic initiatives for inter -agency coordination in support
of housing and community development objectives;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo as
follows:
1. The Waterloo Housing Authority 5-Year Annual Plan is hereby approved.
2. The 2025 Administrative Plan, detailing the day-to-day operations and policy
execution, is hereby approved.
3. The 2025-2029 ACOOP Plan, focusing on collaborative and coordinated efforts across
agencies, is also approved.
