RESOLUTION NO. 2025-204
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
ASBESTOS ABATEMENT SERVICES, CONTACT AB-2025-
03-03P.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo has duly prepared and reviewed plans, specifications,
and the form of contract for the Asbestos Abatement Services, identified as Contract AB-2025-
03-03P; and
WHEREAS, it is essential for public safety and environmental compliance that these
services are performed expeditiously and in accordance with the approved plans and
specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo as
follows:
1. The plans, specifications, and form of contract for Asbestos Abatement Services
detailed under Contract AB-2025-03-03P are hereby confirmed and approved.
2. Authorization is granted to proceed with the execution of services as stipulated in the
approved contract documents.
3. All necessary measures shall be taken to ensure compliance with relevant safety
standards and regulatory requirements during the abatement process.
