RESOLUTION NO. 2025-206
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, AND AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO REGIONAL
AIRPORT JANITORIAL SERVICES CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, specifications, bid documents, and the form of contract have been prepared
for the Waterloo Regional Airport Janitorial Services; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to confirm approval of these documents and to authorize
commencement of services to maintain the cleanliness and operational efficiency of airport
facilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo as
follows:
1. The specifications, bid documents, and form of contract for the Waterloo Regional
Airport Janitorial Services are hereby confirmed and approved.
2. Authorization is granted to proceed with the execution of the janitorial services as per
the approved contract documents.
3. The City staff is directed to ensure proper execution of services in adherence to the
approved specifications and maintaining regular oversight.
