RESOLUTION NO. 2011-905
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF
STREET LIGHTS IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that three (3) 100 -watt HPS street lights be installed on 25 ft.
black decorative poles at the following locations: one (1) on
the southwest corner of Yellow Stone Road and William Drive, one
(1) on the southwest corner of Hoff Road and William Drive, and
one (1) on the west side of Yellow Stone Road in the area of
Lot 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby ordered to certify a copy of this resolution to
MidAmerican Energy Company of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day f September, 2011.
