AMENDMENT NO. 1
WHEREAS, an Individual Project Agreement was entered into by the City of Waterloo (Client) and
AECOM Technical Services, Inc. (ATS) dated December 18, 2023, for the Airline Terminal Canopy
Structures project; and
WHEREAS, the Client and ATS now desire to enter into Amendment No. 1 to move funds for
additional geotechnical subconsultant costs for Terracon Consultants, Inc.
NOW THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed to amend the original Individual Project Agreement as
follows:
I. Project Description —The project is described in the agreement for the above referenced
project dated December 18, 2023.
II. Scope of Services—There is no change in the Scope of Services from the agreement dated
December 18, 2023. This modification reallocates Three Thousand Six Hundred Dollars
($3,600.00) from ATS's budget to the subcontract expense for Terracon Consultants Inc. to
provide additional geotechnical services during the construction phase of the project.
III. Compensation
Compensation for services for this project will not change the cost-plus fixed fee of One
Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($179,800.00). See attached
Revised Exhibit B, Consultant Cost Summary showing the funds being moved from ATS to
Terracon Consultants, Inc.
IV. General Conditions
Except as specifically amended by this Individual Project Agreement, services shall be
provided in accordance with the Professional Services Agreement for the Waterloo Regional
Airport, entered between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. ("ATS") and the City of Waterloo
("Client")dated February 4, 2020.
