RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN
SECTION 2.2(2) PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL AND
SECTION 2.3(1) FINAL PLAT SUBMITTAL, FOR
PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF NORTHCREST
PLAT 1.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision
Ordinance in Section 2.2(2) Preliminary Plat Approval and Section
2.3(1) Final Plat Submittal, for Preliminary and Final Plat of
NorthCrest Plat 1, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 2012.
