RESOLUTION NO. 2012-771
RESOLUTION APPROVING HOUSING ENTERPRISE ZONE
PROGRAM AGREEMENT #12-HEZ-050 WITH IOWA
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Housing Enterprise Zone Program Agreement #12-HEZ-050
dated August 6, 2012, for the construction of six (6) twelve (12)
plexes for property generally located within the area bounded by
the Cedar River and Sycamore Street between the Union Pacific
Railroad and East 8th Street within the EZ -8 Enterprise Zone, by
and between the Iowa Economic Development Authority, Dolly James,
LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day August, 2012.
