RESOLUTION NO. 2012-773
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH CEDAR
BEND HUMANE SOCIETY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated August 6, 2012, for animal control
services in the amount of $156,762.00 plus $25.00 for each call
for confined animal pickup, for the period August 14, 2012 to
June 30, 2013, by and between the Cedar Bend Humane Society of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th da of August, 2012.
