You’ve specified a 12'x16'x10' building. While I currently have one in inventory, that may change between now and the bid award. Would you be open to considering a slightly larger shelter, such as a 12'x20'? These are more readily available in my inventory and would better align with your timeline. Is the use of polyvinyl roofing a strict requirement? For our rebuilt shelters, we typically use an equivalent roofing system—Carlisle FleeceBACK RL TPO 115 Mil with Sure-Weld TPO-coated metal for the drip edge. This system has proven reliable and durable in our experience. Response No No, please refer to the bid documents for required shelter dimensions Alternative materials are acceptable if they can be shown to meet or exceed the Section 1.1 construction specifications, material performance, and structural load ratings.
