RESOLUTION NO. 2012-783
RESOLUTION APPROVING EARLY ACCESS AGREEMENT
WITH STICK BROTHERS, L.L.C. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Early Access Agreement dated August 6, 2012, for the use
of city -owned property located in the vicinity of the southwest
corner of Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive and Northeast Drive while
a sale agreement is being finalized, by and between Stick
Brothers, L.L.C. of Hudson, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 2012.
