RESOLUTION NO. 2012-785
RESOLUTION APPROVING HOUSING ENTERPRISE ZONE
PROGRAM AGREEMENT #12-HEZ-008 WITH IOWA
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Housing Enterprise Zone Program Agreement #12-HEZ-008
dated August 6, 2012, for the construction of four (4) homes
located at the former Lincoln School site within the EZ -8
Enterprise Zone, by and between the Iowa Economic Development
Aut-hority, Black Hawk Contracting & Development, Inc. and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 2012.
