ployee handbook will be wrapped up on
Friday and they are working on developing
a hiring process that can be Included In
the handbook as well.
Mc Kurtenbach questioned It there is still
one position open.
Eric Lags confirmed that they plan to In-
terview next week for the Products and
Services Manager.He also explained that
he would like the board to have input on
developing a mission statement and core
values.
Mc Kurtenbach questioned if there is a
plan for advertising planned for thisspring.
Eric Lage provided an overview of the
current advertising efforts and shared that
there will be a proposal for advertising
coming soon.
