RESOLUTION NO. 2012-790
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON AMENDMENT TO CITY OF
WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO.
5079, AS AMENDED, AS AUGUST 20, 2012, AT 5:30
P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 20th day of August, 2012, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon amendment to City of
Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, as it
pertains to alcohol sales related businesses, a copy of which is
on file in the office of the City Clerk.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of August, 2012.
