Review appraisal of Parcel F2, F, west of the Waterloo Regional Airport for the FAA release process.
This purchase or expenditure is being made because:
Tthe city is releasing land from the Airport for the purpose of new development and a review
appraisal is required for the FAA release process.

RE:Review Appraisals Bid Request—Land West of the Waterloo Regional Airport
Dear Mr.Andera,
Thank you for the opportunity to bid on the two appraisal reviews for the City of Waterloo for Parcels F
and F2. It is understood that the reviews are needed to continue through the Federal Aviation
Administration's land release procedure so the land can be developed.
Appraisal reviews will be The fee for each appraisal review would be $1,500 per report (or a total of
$3,000). The completion of date of three weeks after given notice of bid acceptance is acknowledged and
